Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With any tags still attached (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Mouth Tape
  • Nasal Strips
  • Earplugs
  • Sleep Eye Masks
  • EMS Sleep Aid Devices
  • White Noise Machines
  • Personal Care & Wellness Products

Returns may be accepted if these products arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless required by South African consumer law)
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement product is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the item you'd like.


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.
